Whether it is detecting the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (Cat No 848561 V-nCoV2019 –S), and combine it with probes for the cellular receptor (ACE2) and proteases (TMPRSS2, Cathepsin B and Cathepsin L) or monitoring inflammatory response in cells (IL-6, IL-1β, IL-10 and TNFα), RNAscope technology allows spatial resolution of biomarkers in a quantitative manner.
