Daina completed a Bachelor of Science at Macquarie University followed by an honours degree in Molecular Genetics from UNSW. Her research career focused on the detection of point mutations in Muscular Dystrophy enabling pre-natal diagnosis for affected families.
Daina is based in Sydney NSW and is one of the longest serving employees with In Vitro Technologies starting her career at Medos company in 1997. In Vitro Technologies acquired Medos Company in 2005 and during her years Daina has been a Territory Manager, Product Manager, Sales Manager and since April 2018 is now the Business Unit Manager for the Life Science team.
Daina is responsible for all area’s of the Life Science team including sales and marketing personnel, vendors and new business development.

Mala has a PhD in Medical Science from Monash University where she investigated the Contraceptive Potential of Cysteine Rich Secretory Proteins in the Male Reproductive System, using and models, following several years of experience as an academic lecturing Physiology. She also holds a MBA from The University of Luton in the UK.
Mala is now the National Sales Manager for the life Science team at In Vitro Technologies and is responsible for the employment, training, mentoring and management of the Life Science Territory Management team to ensure they provide the best service, support and technical assistance to medical researchers in the Australian market

Lorraine has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Auckland and has over 14+ years’ experience within the Life Science and Healthcare industry. Lorraine first joined the In Vitro Technologies NZ Team in 2013 as the Life Science Product Manager for our Cell Culture portfolio. Since then Lorraine has moved into a management role and now manages the New Zealand Sales Team across our Life Science, Medical and Diagnostic divisions.
As the New Zealand Sales Manager is it Lorraine’s responsibility to ensure we are constantly delivering the best possible service to all of our customers across all divisions. Lorraine enjoys working closely with our Customers, Territory Managers and Product Managers to ensure this service is reflected in our performance. After gaining extensive research and industry experience in Cell Culture, Protein Expression and Immunoassays, Jenny Brown joined In Vitro Technologies in 2006 with the intent to help support fellow Scientists in their research. Jenny has further developed in her years with In Vitro a strong ability to help troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and accelerate our customers research timelines enabling high quality data for faster, reproducible publications.
As Market Development Manager, Jenny focuses on improving our customers experiences when working with In Vitro Technologies and assisting with the marketing and application support for our life science portfolio. Jenny also has a personal interest in Neuroscience in particular Neurodegenerative Diseases and is passionate about accelerating scientific Discoveries and helping you make your research a success.

Steve joined the In Vitro Technologies team early 2017 to product manage the Animal Care and Lab Equipment portfolios. Steve has a strong business acumen and is a results and customer-driven team leader with senior business and product development experience expanding more than 20 years.

Bill joined the In Vitro Technologies team in 2016 to manage the “Worthington Industries” - CryoScience (formerly known as Taylor-Wharton) portfolio. After a successful career as General Manager of "Taylor- Wharton Australia" and Technical Manager – Asia Pacific and with over 30 years of experience in the cryogenic and scientific industries, Bill has developed a strong customer focus and brand recognition for the "Worthington/Taylor-Wharton" range of products throughout Australia, New Zealand and the wider Asia Pacific region.
Based in Albury- Wodonga, Bill is responsible for sales, facility design and applications support for the In Vitro Technologies “Bio-Banking” portfolio. This includes the Worthington CryoScience liquid nitrogen tanks, Micronic cryo-ware, Nuaire ULT mechanical freezers, LABCOLD range of refrigerators and freezers and the Tenak brand of storage racks and shelves.

David Liuwantara is a product manager in the In Vitro Technologies Life Science division, responsible for the promotion and support of Bio-Techne products and Agilent Seahorse Bioanalyzer, to researchers and clinicians in the ANZ region. With solid problem solving skills and a strong technical background, as well as an outgoing personality, David values long term relationship over short term gain, always seeking a "win-win" solution for the best interest of all parties involved.
David has over 10 years of laboratory experience as a research scientist with expertise in the area of immunology, diabetes, hematology, and cell transplantation; as well as over 3 year of experience supporting capital equipment at the Westmead Institute. In addition to this, David also has 4+ years experience working in a clean room facility following GMP standard and TGA guidelines, to manufacture islet cells for human transplantation as cell therapy to cure type-1 diabetes.
Chris completed his Masters of Science in Biochemistry at Otago University. His research focused on isolating and identifying proteins involved in the innate immune system. Following this, Chris worked as an Assistant Research Fellow at the School of Pharmacy developing new antibiotic formulations before joining the team at In Vitro Technologies.
Chris is based in Dunedin and has been with In Vitro Technologies for three years starting as a Territory Manager before moving into the role of the Life Science Product Specialist. In this role Chris looks after our customers in the South Island and manages our portfolio of molecular products for the New Zealand market.

After working on a variety of projects at the University of Queensland, Masuda joined In Vitro Technologies in 2016 as a Life Science Territory Manager. Building on her experience and interest in Bioproduction, Masuda is now also responsible for the marketing, sales and application support of the In Vitro Technologies Bioproduction portfolio, including Infors HT and Protein Ark, working with customers to ensure reproducible, high yield bacterial or mammalian cultures.

Marina completed Honors degree in Pharmacology, followed by PhD in medical science from Monash University. After completion of her PhD, she worked as a Post-Doctoral Scientist in MIMR (now Hudson) and University of Melbourne, focusing on molecular mechanisms underlying women’s tumors, and effects of synchrotron radiation therapy on cancer. She has extensive research background in cell analysis and molecular biology.
After leaving academia, Marina worked as an Applications Specialist for Promega Corporation. She has joined In Vitro Technologies in 2018 as a Cell Analysis Specialist for Victoria, South and Western Australia, looking after ACEA (xCelligence and Flow Cytometry), Sehorse and Cell Therapy portfolios.

Erika is a Scientist by training (Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Biology), and over the last 20 years, she has taken on many & varied roles dedicated to supporting her customers and colleagues. These roles have included Research Assistant positions at Monash University, Territory, Key Account & Business Unit Manager positions (for Lab, Biopharm and Medical Divisions respectively) as well as additional support and/or interim roles such as Project Manager, Product Manager, Service Manager, Sales Trainer, Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator.
Although recently joining In Vitro Technolgies as Life Science Equipment Specialist, Erika has previously worked for and has a long standing relationship with both In Vitro Technologies & Medos Company since 1992.

Frances completed an Associate Diploma of Pathology at Sydney Technical College followed by a Master of Science in Medicine from Sydney University. Her research career focused in 2 areas: 1. The detection of PAPP-A protein as an early screening tools for Downs Syndrome in pregnancy. 2. Diabetic responses to transplantation and grafting of tissue, looking at the immunological effects. Published articles in both the Journal of Obstetrics, Gynaecology & Reproductive Biology and Cell Transplantation.
Frances is based in Sydney NSW and has been long a serving employees with In Vitro Technologies starting her career at Medos company in 1997. In Vitro Technologies acquired Medos Company in 2005 and during her years Frances has been a Territory Manager, Product Manager and an Equipment Specialist Life Science team.
Frances is responsible for the management of NSW life science equipment Sales, Training of customers face to face, Building relationships and offering the best Service, Support and Technical Assistance to the Life Science Researchers in NSW.

Daniel completed a Bachelor of Honours in Pharmacology at University of Auckland Faculty of Medical and Health Science, his research focused on the regulation of glycosylation via calcium in neuronal maturation After which within the department of Anatomy he work on characterising the distribution and identity of stem cells in the human brain.
Daniel is based in Auckland and has been with In Vitro Technologies for two years starting in a Life Science Sales Support role before moving into a Territory Management role for the Upper North Island looking after our equipment and consumables portfolios. He is committed to providing the best technical and sales support to those at the bench to help with the unique challenges faced by NZ scientists.

Jane completed a Bachelor of Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology followed by an honours degree in Nano- & Bio-Materials at the University of South Australia. She recently completed her PhD thesis dissertation at University of Technology Sydney where she studied the treatment of obesity-related metabolic disorders using gold nanoparticles. Her research focused in the therapeutic potential of nanoparticles and the complex nanoparticle-biological interactions at the cellular and molecular levels.
Jane is based in Sydney NSW and has recently joined the In Vitro Technologies family as a Scientific Territory Manager in the Life Science division. She is responsible for customer relation management, actively planning and prospecting for new business opportunities and building rapport with existing clients within her territory.
Jane's role will also entail the sales of consumables and equipment, supporting the equipment specialist, Frances Casamento. Her interdisciplinary skill and expertise in cell biology, molecular biology, material science, chemistry allowed her to support researchers with appropriate resources and information. She is also customers primary contact, following up on enquires and complaint resolution.

Rehen has completed his Post graduation in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at La Trobe University where his research was focused on identifying novel inhibitors for Necroptotic regulators using a yeast- based screening.
He joined In Vitro Technologies in 2017 as a Support Specialist in the Life Science division where he provides scientific and technical support to the consumables portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

Sing-Yee completed a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) followed by an honours degree at the University of Western Australia. She later moved to Sweden for a PhD in Biomedical Sciences at Malmo University. Her research focused on developing small molecule libraries for drug therapy, biosensor fabrication and surface modification suitable for cell biology work.
Since the completion of her degree, she has returned to Perth WA and has recently joined the company as a Life Science Territory Manager.
Meryl completed her PhD at the University of Auckland before undertaking post-doctoral research at the University Of Leeds, UK. Her research focused on understanding how pathogenic RNA viruses replicate and using structure-based drug design to target essential replication proteins. She is experienced in a range of structural and molecular techniques.
Meryl joined In Vitro Technologies in 2017 and is based in Auckland. She started as a Life Science support specialist and is now a Territory Manager helping researchers in the Lower North Island.

Rocio completed a Degree in Dental Surgery and a Master’s degree in Dental Science at Autonomous University of Mexico State. She also completed her PhD in Immunology at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute-Griffith University. Her research focused in the screening, identification, testing and synthesis of compounds that enhance human immune function.
After completing her studies, she undertook a temporary position as a research officer at QIMR. She has recently joined the company as life sciences territory manager QLD.

Katelyn completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science followed by honours at Deakin University where she focused on the regulation of gene expression in breast cancer cells.
She became part of the In Vitro Technologies team in 2017 as a Life Science Support Specialist and provided scientific as well as technical support to the consumables portfolio across Australia. She is now a Territory Manager and supports the needs of researchers across Victoria and Tasmania.

Sanket holds PhD in cancer cell biology from the University of Sydney followed by five years’ post-doctoral experience at Cancer Research UK - Beatson Institute and UNSW, Australia. During this time, he researched on characterising novel therapeutic targets within the areas of cell division cycle, immuno-oncology and cancer metabolism. Sanket has first and co-authored peer-reviewed articles in high impact scientific journals such as Molecular Cancer Therapeutics, Nature Cell Biology, PNAS USA and Cell. Recently, Sanket worked in a client-facing role at the ACRF Drug Discovery Centre (CCIA) where he delivered fee-for-service projects for academics, clinicians and biotech companies.
Sanket joined the In Vitro team in November 2018 as a Life Science Territory Manager for NSW and ACT. Sanket is the main point of contact for customers within his territory. His responsibilities include managing existing accounts and actively following up new opportunities for further business development. Sanket is passionate about hearing your exciting research.
