Freight and Delivery Terms and Charges
In Vitro Technologies has always strived to support our customers by providing efficient delivery services, while also ensuring the safe uncompromised delivery of critical and temperature sensitive products. Standard freight, administration and handling charges are applied on a per order basis, they are as follows:
- $66.20 ex GST - Metropolitan areas
- $84.30 ex GST - Regional areas
- Heavy loads or sensitive freight requirements over 30kg at direct cost.
- $86.00 ex GST - for standard equipment handling
- $86.00 ex GST - for Security Freight
In addition to these charges, specialised packaging and handling charges may also be applicable – these are as follows:
- Dry Ice Surcharge $100.00 ex GST - per delivery applies.

From 4th May 2026 - Additional Emergency Fuel Surcharges
- Local deliveries: $20.50
- Regional deliveries: $26
- Cold Chain deliveries: $25

Shipping days will be as follows:
Cold chain orders:
Shipping Ex Melbourne: TUESDAY and THURSDAYS
All other orders (ambient, equipment, spare parts and accessories)
Shipping Ex Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney (subject to availability): MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY
