Alternate Names for Intracellular Toll-like Receptor Staining Flow Cytometry Kit

  • Intracellular TLR Staining
  • Intracellular Toll like Receptor Staining
  • Permeabilization buffer

Background

Fixation buffer is used to "fix" the cells/cellular proteins prior to permeabilization. Permeabilization buffer permeabilizes the cell membrane, allowing the detecting antibodies access to intracellular proteins. It is supplied as a 10X solution and can be diluted with deionized water to its final 1X working concentration.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Kits are guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt.
