The Seahorse XF24 Islet Capture Microplate works with the Seahorse XFe24/XF24 Analyzer to measure the two major energy pathways of cells, mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis, with three dimensional cultures. IMPORTANT: Download and install Wave Controller 2.3 for the Seahorse XFe24 Analyzer before using the Seahorse XF24 Islet Capture Microplates. Older versions of Wave Controller (2.0 and earlier) do not have the correct parameters to handle the Seahorse XF24 Islet Capture Microplates.
