Background

This gene encodes a protein which is one of several receptor subtypes for adenosine. The activity of the encoded protein, a G-protein coupled receptor family member, is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase. The encoded protein is abundant in basal ganglia, vasculature and platelets and it is a major target of caffeine.

Limitations

This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Primary Antibodies are guaranteed for 1 year from date of receipt.

FAQs for Adenosine A2a R Antibody (NBP1-39474). (Showing 1 - 1 of 1 FAQs).

  1. What is the  concentration of Adenosine A2a R Antibody (7F6-G5-A2) [Alexa Fluor® 647]
    • We routinely use 0.1 mg of base antibodies (i.e. unconjugated antibody like NBP1-39474) in our conjugation reactions with the dyes/enzymes of interest. And the recovery rates mostly fall between 85 to 100% and hence the concentrations are about 0.80 - 1.0 mg/ml, in 0.1 ml volume.
