| Subculturing |
Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or alternatively cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension in fresh medium. Cultures grow as floating aggregates of round cell clusters. Single cells are dead and clusters are viable.Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium as cell density increases. |
