For use with the Seahorse XF24-3 Analyzer, Seahorse XF24-3 FluxPaks measure carbon dioxide evolution rates (CDER) and oxygen consumption rates (OCR) simultaneously, in isolated mitochondria or whole cells. One FluxPak contains sensor cartridges, microplates, and calibrant to assay six 24-well microplates.
