The HSD-001 Gelatin 3D Sheet Microcarrier is an advanced microcarrier made from medical-grade gelatin, deigned for efficient and scalable cell culture applications.  It consists of multiple thin sheets stacked together, which can be rapidly dispersed into individual sheets in culture medium or PBS buffer. Each sheet is diamond or rectangular shaped (over5mm in size) with an internal porous structure of 10-100μm, creating a stable and supportive microenvironment for cell growth.

In fixed-bed WAVE bioreactors, HSD-001 demonstrates excellent performance for the expansion seed vessels and the efficient expressions of products in terminal culture systems. Its unique design supports more than twice the cell density compared to traditional dextran microcarriers in MSC culture, making it highly suitable for research-based labs and large-scale bioprocessing.
